Nubaira worked with us on two affordable housing projects in Inglewood totaling approximately 200 units, both of which were successfully completed this year. She also provided architectural services for a mixed-use development in Hawthorne, which was under construction, and she is currently working with us on four affordable housing projects in Gardena and Hawthorne totaling 336 units.
